Yogurt Sauce for Fish
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 C Greek yogurt
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 2 ea lemons, juice only
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 cl garlic
- 1 t chili powder
- 3/4 C dill, loose pace
- 1/3 C oregano leaves, loose pack
- 1 ea anchovy fillet (optional)
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients until smooth. Season to taste.
- Plate under the fish.
